The major function of Rolling Thunder®, Inc. is to publicize the POW-MIA issue: To educate the public that many American Prisoners of War were left behind after all previous wars and to help correct the past and to protect future Veterans from being left behind should they become Prisoners of War-Missing In Action. We are also committed to helping American Veterans from all wars.

Rolling Thunder®, Inc. is a non-profit organization and everyone donates his or her time because they believe in the POW/MIA Issue.

Our members create close friendships and have fun while supporting a great cause.  They genuinely care about each other, support one another and work well together.  Ask any of them why they joined Rolling Thunder ®, Inc. and you will hear similar responses about being a true American, their belief in "No man left behind," and their desire to make a difference for our Veterans.  These common beliefs and desires sets a foundation for generating long lasting friendships and a sense of "Family."

THE 2 MIKES

Pictured are the President Michael Cetnarwoski and Chairman of the Board Michael Cash (2024-2025).  They met in 2014 when Mike Cetnarowski convinced Mike Cash to join Rolling Thunder ®, Inc. Florida Chapter 4. They have been the best of friends ever since.  They are a perfect example of how joining Rolling Thunder ®, Inc. Florida Chapter 4 can create close, long lasting friendships.  They both started as members and believed in the cause enough to become Officers.  They work well as a team and work hard for the Chapter in whole while having a great time.

​Over 80,000 Veterans reside in Jacksonville, Florida making it one of the largest Veteran populations in any metropolitan area in the United States.  By joining us, you’re not just supporting a cause – you’re making a direct impact right here in our city.  We not only fight for the rights of our POW/MIA Americans and their Families, we fight for the rights of their all Veterans and their Families in our local area by helping them get the support and resources they desparately need.
