OUR COLLABORATION

We love the Robert H. Jenkins, Jr. Veteran's Domiciliary Home of Florida  ("The Domicile") and its Residents.  We work closely with the staff at The Domicile arranging vists to  the Residents and we make ourselves available to assist them as needed.  We make quarterly vists to The Domicile to host cash bingo games for them.  This provides them some entertainment and also an opportunity to put a little cash in their pocket at no cost to them.  

ABOUT THE DOMICILE

The Robert H. Jenkins, Jr. Veteran's Domiciliary Home of Florida is the only assisted living facility operated by the Florida Department of Veterans Affairs.  It is located on 20 acres of pristine land just outside Lake City.  It has been recently renovated and is a licensed assisted living facility.  It provides support services and incidental medical care to eligible Veterans.  Residents live independently and are capable of taking care of their own basic needs with help from the staff in such services as medication administration, meal preparation and housekeeping.  The Domicile offers the convenience of an on-site bank, barber and beauty shop, transportation to appointments, shopping, worship services and music and pet therapy.  They entertain their Residents by offering board games, outdoor excursions and other amenities such as Rolling Thunder® Inc.
